1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing mudforge.co, purchasing any product, or entering any MudForge Outdoors giveaway (each, a "Draw"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Official Rules of the applicable Draw. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enter. These Terms may be updated at any time; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
2. About MudForge
MudForge Outdoors LLC ("MudForge," "we," "us," "our") is an Ohio limited liability company operating rugged outdoor merchandise sales and periodic sweepstakes-style giveaways of off-road vehicles and watercraft. Registered address: 3465 Mallard Court, Aurora, OH 44202.
3. Quarterly Giveaway Cadence
MudForge runs one giveaway per calendar quarter. Each giveaway features either an off-road vehicle (ATV, side-by-side, dirt bike) or a watercraft (jet ski, boat). Each Draw is announced at mudforge.co no fewer than seven (7) days before its start date. Draw 001 is a 2026 CFMoto CFORCE 600 ATV. Draw 002 will be announced on or before the close of Draw 001.
4. Eligibility
Draws are open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) or household members of MudForge Outdoors LLC and its affiliates are not eligible. Void in Florida, New York, Rhode Island, and any jurisdiction where sweepstakes of this nature are prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Sweepstakes Period (90 Days)
Each MudForge Draw runs for ninety (90) consecutive days end-to-end. The Draw 001 Sweepstakes Period opens at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on July 21, 2026 and closes at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on October 19, 2026. Mail-in entries for Draw 001 must be postmarked on or before October 12, 2026 and received on or before October 19, 2026.
6. Extension Right (30–60 Days)
MudForge Outdoors reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to extend any Sweepstakes Period by an additional thirty (30) to sixty (60) calendar days if, at the time of the scheduled close, the total number of eligible entries received is below the minimum pool threshold MudForge has established for that Draw. This right exists to ensure a fair and meaningful drawing when participation is lower than expected.
If an extension is exercised:
- • Notice will be posted at mudforge.co and emailed to all existing entrants no later than the original close date.
- • The new close date, extended mail-in deadline, and any changes to the drawing date will be clearly stated in that notice.
- • Existing entries remain valid and are automatically carried into the extended period at their original entry count. No re-entry is required.
- • Any launch or promotional multipliers in effect at the time of the original close remain in effect through the extension unless MudForge announces otherwise.
- • The Winner Review Period described in Section 11 begins after the extended close, not the original close.
Extensions may be exercised no more than once per Draw and may not extend a Draw beyond a total of one hundred fifty (150) days from its original start date. If, after a single extension, the minimum pool threshold is still not met, MudForge may (a) proceed with the drawing as scheduled, or (b) refund all purchase entries and cancel the Draw. Refund elections are final and forfeit all entries in the cancelled Draw. Free mail-in entries are not refundable but may be transferred to the next Draw on request.
7. How to Enter
A) Purchase Entry. Purchase any product from mudforge.co during the Sweepstakes Period. Each product's entry count is displayed on its product card and confirmed at checkout. Entries are credited automatically to the email address used at checkout, typically within minutes of payment confirmation.
B) Free Mail-In Entry. A free method of entry is available with equal odds of winning per entry. Full instructions are in Section 8 below.
8. Free Mail-In Entry — Full Instructions
To enter Draw 001 without making a purchase, hand-print the following information on a plain 3×5 index card or postcard and mail it to the address below. Each valid postcard receives one hundred (100) entries.

- Date of birth (you must be 18 or older)
- Email address (this is where your entry confirmation will be sent)
- A daytime phone number
- The exact phrase: "MudForge Draw 001"
- • Entries must be hand-printed. Typed, printed, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.
- • Limit one (1) postcard per outer mailing envelope. Multiple postcards inside a single envelope will be counted as one entry.
- • Illegible, incomplete, or altered entries are void at MudForge's sole discretion.
- • All required information must be on the postcard itself, not on the envelope.
- • Each valid postcard receives 100 entries. The Draw 001 launch 2× boost applies only to purchase entries and does not multiply mail-in entries.
- • Mail-in and purchase entries have equal odds of winning on a per-entry basis.
- • Postage is your responsibility. MudForge is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, damaged, or postage-due mail.
Once your postcard is received and validated, we email a confirmation with your unique entry IDs to the email address you provided. Please allow up to seven (7) business days from receipt for processing.
9. Launch Boost Promotion (2× Entries)
For Draw 001 only, all purchase entries are automatically multiplied by two (2×) at the time of credit. The multiplied entry count is shown on every product page, on the checkout screen, and on your confirmation email. Free mail-in entries are not multiplied by this promotion. The 2× launch boost applies only to Draw 001 and will not repeat in subsequent draws unless explicitly announced in writing on mudforge.co.
10. Prize & Substitution
The Draw 001 Grand Prize is one (1) 2026 CFMoto CFORCE 600 ATV in Nebula Black or an equivalent model-year trim if the specified color is unavailable at the time of delivery. Approximate retail value (ARV): $7,399 USD. No prize substitution is permitted except at MudForge's sole discretion (e.g., due to supply chain unavailability). At the winner's election, MudForge will substitute a cash payment of $6,500 USD in lieu of the vehicle. Prize is non-transferable prior to award.
11. Winner Selection & Winner Review Period (7–14 Days)
Selection. Within 24 hours after the Sweepstakes Period closes, one (1) winning entry ID will be selected via a certified random number generator during a public live stream on MudForge's YouTube and X channels. The selection is final and not subject to appeal.
Winner Review Period. Following the drawing, a Winner Review Period of seven (7) to fourteen (14) calendar days applies. During this period, MudForge will:
- • Contact the selected entrant by email and phone at the contact information on file.
- • Verify eligibility, age, and residency (government-issued photo ID required).
- • Confirm delivery address and coordinate logistics.
- • Have the potential winner sign an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and (where legally allowed) Publicity Release.
Forfeiture. If the potential winner cannot be reached within fourteen (14) days of the drawing, fails to return required documentation, is determined to be ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries using the same random process. This alternate-selection procedure may be repeated up to three (3) times before the prize is deemed unawarded.
12. Delivery & Taxes
MudForge will arrange delivery of the vehicle to the winner's verified US street address, or, at the winner's option, to a specified US dealership for pickup. Title, registration, sales tax, and delivery fees are paid by MudForge. Federal, state, and local income taxes on the prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner. MudForge will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the ARV of the prize.
13. Merchandise Purchases
Physical merchandise is fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, shipped first to MudForge in Ohio, then re-shipped to you with a handwritten card. Typical delivery time is 7–14 business days within the continental United States. Digital entry packs are delivered instantly by email.
Returns. Because every purchase includes a giveaway entry that is credited immediately upon payment, all sales are final. Defective or damaged items will be replaced at no cost within 30 days of delivery; contact mudforgeco@gmail.com. Replacement does not affect the entries already credited.
Chargebacks. Initiating a chargeback for a merchandise purchase voids all associated entries. MudForge reserves the right to refuse future sales to accounts with unresolved chargebacks.
14. Privacy & Data
MudForge collects only the information required to process purchases, credit entries, and contact winners: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and date of birth (for age verification). We do not sell personal data. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe and never stored on MudForge servers. Entry records are retained for a minimum of three (3) years for legal compliance.
15. Conduct & Prohibited Acts
Any attempt to enter using automated means, bots, multiple email addresses per person, false identities, forged mail-in entries, or any other fraudulent method is grounds for immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all entries, with no refund of purchase price. MudForge may report suspected fraud to law enforcement.
16. Disclaimer & Liability Limitation
The site and all merchandise are provided "as is." MudForge disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. By entering, participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless MudForge Outdoors LLC, its members, officers, employees, and contractors from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in any Draw or from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Total aggregate liability of MudForge to any participant is limited to the amount that participant paid for merchandise in the current Draw.
17. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Draw will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, seated in Portage County, Ohio. Class actions and jury trials are waived to the maximum extent permitted by law. Ohio law governs, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
